YWAMs FOCUS ON CHILDREN IN NEED D.T.S

YWAMs Children in Need is a discipleship Christian school with a difference. This intensive Christian training course begins with a 12 week lecture phase. Weekly this includes base and class worship, prayer and intersession times and 4 lectures a week. Some of the weekly subjects are Inner Healing , Holy Spirit, Crucified Life, HIV, Children Ministry, discipleship, Father Heart of God, The Lifestyle of Jesus and Creative Arts. The school also has two mini outreaches a week into the local towns/ shanty towns, doing bible studies and children clubs. In the lecture phase you will be encouraged to develop your personal character to cultivate a living relationship with God. These amazing few months are followed by a two month outreach phase in the third world country which the school feels led to, where you will be involved in working with the children in need. You will be involved in creative arts to minister to the children and making an impact in the children’s lives.

it is going to be a great school with many people already booked in and spaces limited so please book soon to avoid disappointment. The School starts on the 1st October 2010 and runs for 5 months

We need more DTS staff, those who are called to staff CIN Focus DTS to apply now it looks like it is going to be another big DTS group. We start the staff Training early August and we end Mid September. If you have a passion for discipleship, a desire to work hard and get this DTS organized, if you have a passion for Jesus and you want to let these children and the DTS students know the Love of God. You may be the staff called to work with Children in Need DTS 2009/10. We look forward to hearing from you!

Donations
If you want to dontate financially or in another way then please We are not only looking for donations of money but also of clothes, shoes, wood, roofing matereals, food, vitamins, bedding, lighting and cooking equipment. Staffing oppotunities
we believe that the Lord is sending staff that will staff that will serve with us for a year, this will mean you would work with the children for 6 months then staff a DTS and train others to work with the Children and grow in God. Also students who want to attend a DTS and then stay on for 6 month and keep serving the childre of Africa. Our main focus is the projects around Worcester, but God is releasing visions for ongoing projects to be starting in Durban and Zimbabwe soon. If your interested please contact us click here

Volentary Year Program
The year program is very much up for negotiation as to exactly what your year includes, but it will probably mean staffing or attending the DTS and being part of the weekly outreach to love the children in need in the Worcester, then 6 weeks pluss living in a Christian Orphanage to really build relationship with some children. you will be meeting with a few children and their families weekly to start deeper decipleship and helping to develop the work of CINA over the year. This is a ministry where there is room for you to bring vision and passion and help to impliment that within the bounds of serving these children in God's Love. If you come for a year expect to learn to identify the needs of these children for yourself and then with God and the encouragement of the CINA staff go and make it happen, this is an oppotunity for "can do" individuals, can you...... come and make a differance here? have you got the faith to believe these little lives can be differant? have you got the motivation to make things happen? have you got the vission to lead a DTS group reaching out to the children who have real needs? when there are no answers only what seem like big needs and problems will you say "With God We CAN DO something here?" come and make a differance here this year!

YWAM WORCESTER ACCOMMODATION COST
for short stays there is a daily fee to live and eat as prt of the comunity and to stay longer there is monthly fee which can include food if you want to be cooked for by our amazing kitchen staff. please contact us for more details

TRANSPORT AND OTHER COST FOR VOLUNTARY WORKERS
Here is an idea of somehting to budget for as a volenteer, please contact us for up to date figures. cost of being collected from the air port 120km afay from the base. Our ministry places are outside the base and the furthest is about 30km away from the base. We go out in the community a few times a week, if your coming to get involved you will also want to get involved in the cost of ministry, so it would be good to budget each week is important for transport. Please consider fund raising for other needs before you come, sandwiches for 200 children may cost every time you feed them and if you want to be part of demonstrating as well as speaking of the Love of Jesus you should plan and pray to bring finance to make a difference for these kinds of needs.
